Recycled materials
Hundreds of meters of high-quality wooden railing are installed on each ship. We use this wood, which we source directly from the recycling yard in Alang in India, to make our exclusive wooden ballpoint pens. This is how we upcycle and create something new at the same time!
Writing with history
Each ballpoint pen is unique due to its individual wood grain and has an engraving that creates a connection to the ship, the former route or the shipping company. This means that each individual pen becomes a historical souvenir of a bygone ship.
Masterfully crafted
Each ballpoint pen goes through a complex manufacturing process that requires several hours of work. Our wooden ballpoint pens are made by a specialized craftsman in Germany. Only the pieces of railing that have the most beautiful wood grain are used.
