When will you get the model ship back?
We cannot plan to buy second-hand model ships and therefore we cannot tell you when we will get the model ship again.
For new goods, we can ask the manufacturer whether they can still produce models from the mold. Once the mold is broken, the ship model can no longer be produced.
Can you let me know when the model ship is available again?
We understand that you want to be informed. Unfortunately, this is not possible due to the number of orders. We therefore ask you to check our webshop regularly.
Is the photo always of the current model ship?
Secondhand model ships: We photograph every single used model ship. This way, you can be sure that you'll receive exactly the model ship you see in our online shop.
New model ship: If available, we use photos from the manufacturer. Otherwise, we photograph one of the delivered model ships ourselves.
Payment
What payment methods do you have?
With us you can pay for your purchase by bank transfer, Paypal, Visacard, Mastercard, App Pay, Google Pay, Maestro and Shop Pay.
Can I change the payment method after placing an order?
No, unfortunately that is not possible.
Is it possible to change the delivery address?
Unfortunately, this is not possible because an invoice cannot be changed due to legal regulations. Please provide the correct billing and delivery address when placing your order.

How long does delivery take?
The shipping time depends on the country. You can find out the exact times here .
Can I track my shipment?
We use parcels and goods mail as shipping methods for Germany. You can see where a parcel is at any time.
The goods mail , on the other hand, also has shipment tracking, but less shipment data. The big advantage is that the goods mail is sent with the mail stream and usually reaches you within one day.
